Age of Consent
By placing and order with us ' LingerieWarehouse ' you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete your order.
 
 
Contract Formation
All orders made by you through this web site are subject to successful payment, acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to choose not to accept your order at any time, however we will notify you if this occurs..
 
 
Pricing Policies
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
All RRP's (recommended retail prices) are stated as provided to ' LingerieWarehouse ' by our suppliers.

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and LingerieWarehouse for the sale by LingerieWarehouse to you of any product unless and until LingerieWarehouse sends you an email confirming that " we have dispatched your order ".

Refunds and Exchanges
You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no charge, in this case a full refund will be given.
If you decide that the item/s you ordered are not suitable we will offer a refund on the purchase price with 14 days of purchase. We will however charge a 'restocking fee' of £9.99 in this case.

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with you in 'damaged' condition please report it to us within 48 hours. We will exchange your order for an identical item with no cost to you or offer a refund.

Data Protection
LingerieWarehouse is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.

All goods supplied by ' K & C Trading ' remain the property of ' K & C Trading ' until full and final payment has cleared in our bank account.
Furthermore if an order is received by not paid for, we reserve the right to claim that order back.
